HARD SIDED COOLERS WARRANTY
Outdoor Recreation Company of America warrants ORCA™ Hard Sided Coolers to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime from the date of original purchase. Graphics on coolers have a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description warranted here. If warranty applies, ORCA™ Coolers shall either repair the product or component or provide you with a replacement product or component if it provides defective under the terms of this warranty within the lifetime of the original purchaser. If a product is discontinued and cannot be repaired or replaced, warranty resolution is at the discretion of ORCA™ Coolers. The warranty is not transferable. Owner must present original proof of purchase from an Authorized ORCA™ Coolers Dealer to obtain warranty service. Dealers, service centers or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty. This warranty is not valid if the product or components have been: (1) used commercially, (2) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect, (3) damaged in an accident, (4) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended, (5) repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration, (6) damaged due to any act of nature (7) purchased as a blemished cooler. Normal wear and tear, including dents, slight warping, scratches, discoloration, fading, nonsticking graphics or wear to skid pads is not covered under this warranty. Loss of parts or components removed from the product is not covered under the terms of this warranty. ORCA™ Coolers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. ORCA™ Coolers reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the possession of dealers or consumers. Coolers repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. Repaired or replaced coolers will be same size and color as defective cooler. Please carefully review the care instructions manual for proper use and care of your ORCA™ Cooler. Damaged products must be returned directly to ORCA™ Coolers, in its original box or adequate packaging, freight prepaid at customer’s expense. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns/Exchanges are at the discretion of ORCA™. You must complete the warranty request form to obtain authorization. If approved, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for a return and you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to ORCA™. Contact ORCA for further details.

EBAY / CRAIGSLIST
ORCA™ will only honor warranty claims for items purchased from our own site, www.ORCAcoolers.gathroutdoors.com, or an authorized dealer. BUYERS- Be aware when purchasing an ORCA™ item from a seller on EBAY or Craigslist that ORCA™ will not honor any warranty claim if you should have damage to, or issues with your product. ORCA™ is not responsible for returning, fixing, replacing, or handling any other claims made about products that are sold from an unauthorized source.

SELLERS - ORCA™ actively monitors MAP violations and will work to protect our pricing. We do not support selling or buying through public resale sites.

Graphics on drinkware have a 1 year limited warranty. No warranty is implied or given to the Tritan® Polymer lid. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description warranted here.
